Creative Juices are a flowin'

WOW! Two posts in one day!!

A Christmas card I made this morning...

Materials used:
Top Note Die from Sizzix (Stampin' Up!)
Fa La La papers, buttons, and greenery behind red flower(Making Memories)
Flowers (The Dollar Tree)
Cardboard and vintage dictionary and notebook papers
Dymo Label Maker

Loving that new die from SU!! I've cut everything I could get my hands on with it!! GET IT!! It is sooo worth the money! I made these bag toppers with it too. They were for Dakota's Christmas party yesterday.

I made a lot of them!

Also made pillow boxes with candy in them for my 7th grader to take. The pillow box is from Sizzix/Stampin' Up!

The tags are made from cutting a file folder up and inking them with Tim Holtz Distress Ink and using the Fa La La stamp set from Making Memories. I don't have any Stickles yet I(ordered them Friday and they are on the way) so I used the Polymark Dimensional Fabric paint from WalMart. They are .97 cents each and look pretty good, I think. About the same look as Stickles.

I've been busy! Not blogging too much lately. I'm still here, just busy busy! I'm also making candles for people... not the actual candle just putting things on them... here are a few I've done.
My favorite... I LOVE JOHN WAYNE!!

The back...

These are not really very plain... not sure what the deal was with my camera but they are all a bit blurry. sorry...

The back... I try to put something on there.

And YES I do take orders so if anyone out there in blog land wants one, just email me and we can make arrangements. I charge $12 plus shipping for any picture (black or white) and anything you want on the back. I haven't weighed them so I have no clue how much shipping something like this would cost. I've sold quite a few to people I work with and have had a ball doing them.

Off to make more of those Christmas cards.
Have a good night and Happy Scrappin'

5 MORE DAYS!

As of today there are only 5 days 'till the big man comes! And 4 shopping days left... I finished mine up yesterday and was putting my credit card back in my purse and jabbed something up in under my left ring finger - finger nail... I thought I was going to cry right there in front of the electronics sales boy in WalMart! I think it might have just been a paper cut under there, but it seperated my nail in the corner from the skin ... no blood, just pain!!!! And now it is really hard to type because it is so sore!

On to a better subject,
Look at this little sweetheart...

Dakota had his Christmas party yesterday at school. He LOVED the cupcakes, er well, the icing!
They had a book exchange instead of a gift exchange. I admit, I was against it at first because I thought they should let the kids play with toys and forget school stuff. But you know, those kids were THRILLED with the books they got! I was AMAZED!! They just loved them! Especially my little guy....

TALK ABOUT HAVING YOUR NOSE STUCK IN A GOOD BOOK :)

There is a story behind that picture... I have to tell on myself to tell it though!
I have always liked to smell of new books, magazines and such. Well, he has seen me do it so much that now he does it! I looked down yesterday and saw him with his nose stuck in his book. He WAS the ONLY one that done that... So I HAD to snap this picture. And yes, I explained that he should maybe not do it at school. I embarressed the poor little thing. I explained to him that it is a little odd and that we should only be "book sniffers" at home. HEE HEE! I think it is too funny! AND for anyone reading this thinking "huffing" NO!! It is only books that we smell of and nothing else. And YES I HAVE explained to him that some things we should not smell of because they can hurt you and it is important to not sniff ANYTHING else. Now back to the lighthearted side of the story. He was just being HIMSELF... and that is as cute as can be!! Yep, we are weirdos but come on, I know there are other "book sniffers" out there, admit it. Tell the world you are a book sniffer :)!!!

This is going to be a good day! It is Saturday and it is just me and him here today. I think I'm going to finish up my Christmas cards (yes, I did put it off until the last minute this year!) and start working on some things with the newest catatog from Close To My Heart. I got a BIG shipment in last Thursday and can't wait to start playing with it all! I may wait until after Christmas because one of my presents from my hubby is a huge box full of Stampin' Up! stuff. Yes, I do sell Close To My Heart products, but LOVE Stampin' UP! punches and stuff! I have seen some really great things made from Close To My Heart and Stampin' Up! products ... I will have enough to keep me busy well into next year!

My little guy is up and wanting breakfast so I guess I'm going to go fix us some toast with ham. I'm starving too!
Hope everybody has a good weekend!
Happy Scrappin'

It is nearly time for Santa!

This is my little village I had from last year, except it grew by a few pieces this year. I'm not sure I like it though... something just doesn't seem right about it. I can't put my finger on it though. Maybe it just needs to be spread out more next year.

I love this swag... Decorating for Christmas is one of my favorite things! Everything is just so pretty. Seems extra special, you know?

This is a flat canvas panel that I've had for awhile and decided to use it... I painted it a graduated light/dark blue and cut the Santa and words from the Christmas Cricut Solutions cartridge. I think I should have cut them from white instead of black, they are kind of hard to see. The flash really helped out, but normally it is really dark.

Are YOU ready for Santa to come? I think I'm as excited as my kids are! Santa has been really good to me this year... I know almost everything I'm getting except for 3 things. A Canon Digital Rebel is one of them and a 200mm lens is one of the other things.. I can't wait to get to play with them!
I think this Christmas will be a great one! The kids will have a fantastic time this year... Santa is going to be REALLY good to them too!

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas filled with health, happiness and hope for a great upcoming New Year. I know there are so many people diagnosed with cancer and other things. I know that just having my health and a healthy family is the best gift I could have and I thank God that all is well for us and pray that He gives everybody a good Christmas.

Jesus is the Reason for the Season!!
HAPPY SCRAPPIN' TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!!

THANKFUL

What am I thankful for?
Jesus, my Salvation, my family, sunsets and my being able to see them, fresh air, good food, waking up in the morning, my health, the health of my family, my job, FREEDOM, good music, roses and the ability to smell them, the smell of rain, snow on the trees, birds that sing, mistakes- yes I am THANKFUL for them, they have made me what and who I am today- without them I would never have been able to really be thankful for the things I have. I know where I came from and know how NOT to go back there again and mess up the same way. So YES, you can be thankful for mistakes.
There are so many things I'm thankful for and the fact that I had not only one huge meal but I was fortunate enough to have had 2 BIG meals. One here at home and one today at mom's.

I work in our local grocery store as a cashier. Something ocurred to me yesterday... something I've known all along, but yesterday seemed to be different. I've never been one to take a holiday and my blessings for granted. But you know, there are SO MANY PEOPLE out there that have nothing. Not 2 big meals, not even one. There was one man who came through my line yesterday and we were SO BUSY!! But this one man came through and he bought (YES, FOR SOME REASON OUT OF ALL THOSE PEOPLE... I REMEMBER WHAT HE BOUGHT) He bought a jalepeno pepper, some green onions, some toilet paper, 2 Roma tomatoes, and a couple other things... he said "I know it isn't much, but these few things can go along way in making a meal". Then he said, "ma'am, can I leave my truck here? I've got to walk up the road to my daughter's house and take these things to her. I'm out of gas and it was either buy these few things for her or buy gas for my truck. She doesn't get any money until the first of the month and then she can get the other things she needs". It didn't hit me until after he'd left that this was the most pityful thing. There, in the middle of the crazy shoppers filling their baskets FULL with food, was this man. The one who was there for HIS DAUGTER, not anyone else. This man was not clean, nor did he look to have much money. Oh, yeah that is something else he said. He told me that he didn't have much money and he'd spent all that he had at the store for the little bit she needed. We live in a VERY poor town and it is also full of drugs. I don't know if it is as bad as it used to be, but it is still bad. You never know if someone is just that poor, or if they spent all the money they had to get high or drunk. So, we can't just GIVE people money. I wish I'd have paid for the things he bought. Then he could have got gas. I was just so busy I didn't think about it until AFTER he was gone. So, this got me to thinking... we don't serve meals on Thanksgiving in town here. SO next year I'm hoping we can. Maybe we can serve a few families a hot meal that might not otherwise get one. I know we have so many people here that need it and regardless of their situation... they may make poor decisions but most have children and THEY need the hot food. So I'm hoping and going to pray about this... but I told mom today I may not be at her house for Thanksgiving next year... I'm hoping to be serving others. I feel so strongly about this that one of my friends came through my line and I was telling her what I wanted to do and how badly my heart aches for people that have nothing and just about cried in front of everyone!! I know the man behind her seen it and I wondered what he thought? But, sometimes I think God puts things in our hearts for a reason. I want to make sure this is HIM and not ME!! Mom said, now you KNOW you can't do that!!! You can't take those kids away and make them miss their dinner with us (talking about my kids!!) I plainly told her they'd probably be with me and helping with those not as fortunate as they are. They need to see that there is more to life than their needs... I want to give them a heart that will ache for people and want to help others, not keep them sheltered. We need to pull our community together and start planning this for next year. We have a church here in town that could hold a lot of people and I know we can raise enough money to do it and there are enough people to help... so why not?? We should all be willing to put someone else before us... Jesus did it, aren't we supposed to do the same? I know it is time I START DOING IT!!!!!!!!

OK... off the soapbox now, but I feel so strong about this...

I HOPE THAT EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU THAT STOPS BY MY BLOG HAS A WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING FILLED WITH GOOD FOOD AND HAPPINESS, GOOD HEALTH, SAFETY AND BLESSINGS!!!!!!!!

Have fun if you are going shopping tomorrow! WISH ME LUCK!! I'm going to WalMart in the morning and it is my first time EVER to go like this!!! I kind of dread it but want to get some of those things!!

Happy Scrappin' everybody!

A lot to share! LONG POST LOTS OF PICTURES!

I went to the Hot Springs Scrapbook Extravaganza weekend before last and I'm just now getting back to normal. It was sooo fun, but I was sooo tired when we were done! It is check in and crop on Friday, then classes all day on Sat. and I mean all day. We started at 8 am and finished up sometime after 6 pm. We had tons of stuff in our classes and they were all great. I shopped, spent WAY too much money and made some new friends... this gal in particular. She is so sweet! I saw her in line and she reminded me of a very well known scrapbook gal... so me being the me I am, went to talk to her and told her who she reminded me of. What do you think??? BUT I ALWAYS think somebody looks like someone else... all the time!
This is Jennifer...

I think she looks like Donna Downey!
THANKS JENNIFER FOR GIVING PERMISSION TO DO THIS :) You're a sweetie!

I stayed on the 10th floor and was amazed at how nice the room was! It was the first time away ALONE for me! Well, completely alone! And it was sooooo nice! I ordered pizza in both nights and ate till I couldn't move!
On Friday night I heard a siren somewhere around 10. I looked out wondering what was going on... then I saw the fire truck, then the second one pulled up!

I called down to the front desk to see what was going on and she said someone had smelled gas. I called my friend who was just checking in and she said I needed to go ahead and come on down they were getting everyone down stairs just in case we had to leave the building. So I got ready in a panic and opened the door and whew! the smell was horrible! I was afraid of getting on the elevator, so down the stairs I headed!! I was on the phone with Kathy and was running down the stairs! It looked just like it does in the scary movies too! I could just see a bad guy waiting for me in there... so I get dizzy I was running so fast going down, down, down, then I get to the ground floor and try to go out and there was a utility room looking
place when I opened the door! and the next floor down was dark and even more scary looking.. so I told Kathy... NO WAY.. so I ran back up 3 flights of stairs to the elevator. I figured getting stuck in the elevator 3 stories up was not too bad, so I chanced it! I got in and down I went.. to a room full of people!
One of my friends said the news station was there, so I being the scrapbooker I am, went out (with everyone else doing it!) and took this picture...

Came back in and took this one!

The hotel management said it was nothing but a false alarm and told us we were good to go back to our rooms somewhere around 11pm ( I THINK) it was late I know that!
I asked that guy if it was just a false alarm what was the gas smell that was so strong on the 10th floor??? He said, well, we have it taken care of. Come to find out it was the smell of 4 pilot lights going out in the kitchen and the fumes were sucked up in to and out on the floors!

Our theme this year was SCRAPPIN' IN THE 50's... I think there were 600 ladies there! Pretty sure they sold out of tickets. If anyone out there is reading this that travels to scrapbooking conventions... this is one you will want to come to next year! The website is Scrapus.com

These are some of my scrappin' friends...

This is the view from my room! It was so pretty! I can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and this is just my luck! I waited until a little after 9pm to leave and not long after I left, they called MY NAME for a DOOR PRIZE!! I knew that would happen, but I was SO tired and SO hungry that I had to go up to my room... but it was still good. Not getting that door prize or being evacuated from my room didn't keep me from having a good weekend! I am ready for next year - already!

Have a good day everybody!!!!!!!
Happy Scrappin'!!

Hope you had a Happy Halloween!!!!!!

We did the Trick or Treat thing last night, only to a few places. But they got LOADED down with enough candy to last well in to the new year :)
Here are my "little monsters". This was taken at mom's where they got their first bag of LOOT!!

Dakota, the smallest one was a ninja. Hunter, the middle one was Elvis, and Cody, well he was just himself! He didn't go trick or treating with us, he went on a hayride with church.

This is a card that I made for Dakota's teacher. I scraplifted this idea from another blog. I wish so bad I could remeber where I was when I found it. I do try to give credit where I need to, but I'm bad about remembering things... ((sorry if this was your creation and I didn't give you the proper credit))

Next weekend is my scrappin' weekend!! Only 6 more days to go and then I can escape!! I CAN'T WAIT TO GO!! CAN'T WAIT!! CAN'T WAIT!! DID I MENTION THAT... I CAN'T WAIT!!????????? I'm starting to get giddy about it!!!! 9 classes, a goodie bag full and SHOPPING!!! NEW STUFF!! OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY!!!

Um, I'm OK. Sorry for that crazy outburst!! Just can't help myself when it comes to this time of year!!! I live for this thing!! Yes, I'm totally, 100% addicted to scrapbooking!!! AREN'T YOU???????????????

Have a good Scrappy day!!

Couldn't sleep so I made this....

I found one of these on another blog and decided to try it. I woke up at 5 am yesterday and couldn't sleep... I wanted to try this so bad! I did and it worked!!
This is my daddy.... I wanted to give it to mom for Christmas but couldn't wait that long!! I should have put his name on it... but DID NOT want the birthday and the last day of his life on there! That would be a constant reminder that he is not with us... he is, just not physically.

I'm thinking of listing this on etsy... not this one, but showing what it would look like and then let the buyer send me a photo and I could put it on the candle and ship it to them. It could say anything they wanted it to anywhere on their's ... what do you think? I really don't know how much to charge for something like this... Maybe $10 for a personalized candle??? Is that too much???

I read STEPHANIE ACKERMAN'S blog daily. That girl is so funny!! You have to go see her and leave her some LOVE! Believe me, she is sharing hers! She is an inspiration to me and lots of others out there, I'm sure you'll be blessed too by reading her blog. She is talented and God led in every sense of the word! Oh, and I LOVE her stuff!! Her doodles are so good and, well, it is all good.... you'll just have to go see for yourself!

I get to go to a local scrapbook convention in 12 days!!! I've been counting down for months now! It is a 3 1/2 hour drive for me! Hope I can do it! It is called the Scrapbook Extravaganza and it is year 8 (I think) for this! I've been to the 3rd one up till now, so this will make me 5 going to. We have 8 (9 this year) classes, a t-shirt, goodie bag and so much more! It is a big deal for us Arkansas girls. The local scrapbook store I worked for is the ones who put it on every year. This one is supposed to be the biggest one yet!! You can go to the website and read about it if you like... and hey anyone out there... you can get a ticket - they still have some left. Their site is Scrapus.com click HERE to go there....
Well, I have TONS to do today so I need to get busy!
Have a great day to y'all!!
Happy Scrappin'

Just one more day.......

I was going through some of my copies of some OLD pictures that mom had and came across this one. I've never scrapbooked any pictures of my MawMaw and PawPaw, daddy's mom and daddy,so I decided to. I don't remember much about going to their house, except for these things....
*it was always SO HOT in there that I wanted to go home as soon as we got there
*the time my cousin almost stepped on a snake and I had to go get help
*the STUPID turkeys that pawpaw had up at the barn, I'd try to go up past them and they'd chase me, or at least that is what I thought they were doing (I was somewhere around maybe 7 or 8... I know my sister may be reading this, so if I'm wrong, then oops!)
*eating WATERMELONS, pawpaw grew them and we'd eat them out back on the picnic table
*smelling the money he'd get from the sale of his watermelons, he kept the money in a cigar box... oh what I wouldn't give for one of his boxes!!
*CHRISTMAS EVE was always spent at their house... after we'd go home SANTA CLAUS had been to see me! What a joy that was :)
*their names... Mildred and Ervin, we always gave him a carton of Lucky Strike cigarettes for CHRISTMAS
I wish I could have them back now! I know I'd enjoy my time spent with MawMaw, I'm sure she could have taught me many things. I was pretty young when they passed away. I think I was 12 when PawPaw died, not sure about MawMaw.
Just one more day with each member of my family that has passed away, that is what I'd like... just one more day.

Still using the cardboard! I got some lace at Hobby Lobby last Monday and used a bit and my Sizzix 4" scalloped circle die and another flower die with the dictionary pages to make the flowers. The patterned paper is actually some I got from the Dollar Tree! It is not too bad for a buck ;)

Have a great night!
I've got to go feed the fish and put some more water in my little pond... I think it is leaking! Gotta feed the birdies too! They are all over the place out back and their feeders are empty!
Going to play some more! I've got some Liquid Applique to use for a class project for November. I'll let ya know how it turns out.
Happy Scrappin'!!

Notebook papers and MORE cardboard

I found this picture of Dakota when he was about 1 1/2 years old. I wasn't sure what papers to use so I pulled out of the Notebook paper pack and used a piece of cardboard. I'm not so sure I like the brown paint on the cardboard though. It may be to "harsh" for the other lighter colors. I've been playing around with cardboard a lot lately. I REALLY LoVE that stuff!!

My first attempt at decorating for FALL!!

I'm not a lover of the mums... they die too quick. The lady said water them daily. I did... they died! Not sure about that :) The white one has stayed really pretty though! I started not to get the white one and wish now that I'd have gotten more of them! Oh, well....

Hope all is well with everyone out in blog land tonight!
Have a good night!

More new stuff...

Here is a card I made yesterday morning. I used one of the ideas from the CTMH idea book. I took the picture in our front yard last winter. I got lucky with that pict. It turned out pretty good, I thought.

This is the layout we made yesterday in our class. Please ignore the pict. of me. I just found the first one I could find and stuck it on to have something there to avoid having just a blank space. I'm not sure I like this layout too much, but they all were pleased in our class.Something about it just bugs me. It almost looks like a sticker sneeze to me.?!What do you think?
Have a good night!

I'm on a roll!

This is a page I made last night using a 12X12 piece of cardboard from work. Well, it started out as a 4'X4' sheet of cardboard and I cut it down. I found Donna Salazar a few months ago and she uses lots of denim, cardboard, lace and labels from the label maker on her pages and I love the look of it all! So when I found the huge piece of cardboard at work I knew what I needed to do! It was free and I can get TONS of it! It comes between the pallets of groceries when they come off the truck. I found some older pictures of my mom with Dakota and used the Tres Jolie paper from My Mind's Eye that I've had stashed away forever. I really like how it tured out.BUT... now that I see it here I'm thinking maybe it should have more color in it.

I used a rubber stamp from Purple Onion (I WAS A MONTHLY WINNER AT SISTERHOOD OF SCRAP AND WON A HUGE SET OF UNMOUNTED RED RUBBER STAMPS FROM PURPLE ONION)...anyway I painted on the cardboard and used Prima flowers (the old ones... I don't go anywhere where they sell them :( Hopefully, I'll get hooked up on ebay with someone who can get me some!)
The intricate scallop was cut using my Cricut Expression and the Design Studio. The more I use it, the more I LOVE IT!!

I cut flowers with my Sizzix die cutter...gotta love that old thing! I cut them out of vintage dictionary pages. I saw where Donna does that and so I had to try it and LOVE IT!

Look at his little face! He loves his mawmaw!! They have been close since day one! I had Dakota about 8 months after daddy passed away. I think having him was a double blessing! He was a gift to me and for mom :) He kept her busy when she needed it the most! This was taken in 2002, I believe. So he was 2 years old. I miss him being that little!

I'm off to do another page and get ready for my class tomorrow. I'm also going to start making some Christmas cards too! I got my new stamps in today from CTMH and can't wait to use them!!
Happy Scrappin'

Another layout!

I've been busy. This is what I made...

I got the idea from ART AND SOUL (you can click on the words there and it should take you straight to the place to see the video where I got the idea. Oh, and if you go, look around and see all the good stuff there is to see. I think you'll like it!)
This is my mom when she was in her teens. I love the way the old pictures look. I'd love to be able to take pictures like that!
I used the Close To My Heart Notebook paper set, the Soul Mates stamp set, CTMH rubon word: Memories, Chocolate ribbon and a curly wire. Oh, and the buttons are not actually buttons.
Here is a close up so you can see some of the details in the buttons...

I stamped the border from the stamp set then used a 5/8" punch to punch out the pattern I wanted my "buttons" to have. I then covered them with CTMH Liquid Glass and let it dry. Lastly I punched tiny holes in them to give them the button look and threaded them with brown string. The flowers were white and I wanted to age them so I used Desert Sand ink on them. Well, they just looked dirty then, so I went over them again with Hollyhock ink. I like they way they turned out.

They do look kind of dirty, but then again that is OK since I wanted to give them the aged look. I put a small paper doily under the flowers and topped them all off with a big pink brad that I covered with CTMH rubons.

I've got to get started on some things for my class I've got coming up this next weekend. We are using these papers and the stickers but I'm not sure what we'll do just yet. I know it'll be a single 12X12 layout and nothing too hard. I try to keep it simple for the beginners but give enough extras for the advanced ones to go out on their own and do what they like with their page. So far it is good that way. I really have a good group. I have about 8-10 on average and they all seem to have such a good time! I can't wait for this one!!

As I'm typing this I'm waiting for my picts. to upload so they must be enormous files.... because I've been typing for awhile now and they are STILL not done!!

Guess I'll wrap up now they just finished. Hope you like the page. Keep the comments coming I LOVE TO READ WHAT YOU LEAVE FOR ME!!!!!!!!

What do you think about this??

I made this over the weekend. What do you think? I may list on etsy. I will take orders if anyone out there wants one.
This is one side...

This is the other side...

A side view of it...

It measures approx. 12" long, 8" tall and 3 1/2" wide. It is made from printed material and an old pair of hubby's blue jeans! RECYCLE :) It is HANDMADE....so it is not perfect in anyway! I've handstitched some and it does not look "STORE BOUGHT" ... it is HANDMADE WITH LOVE!!! I had a good time making this and do plan to make more! Hopefully I'll be able to sell some to make a little cash to take with me on my scrappin' weekend coming up in....7 weeks! Yes.. I am counting the days and minutes to go!!

Tell me what you think, will I be wasting my time by listing on etsy or do you think I can do it?? Just want some opinions and BE HONEST!! I need some constructive critism please... but be nice :)
Happy Scrappin'
Have a good night all!!!

Good Morning...

I am about to go to work and just wanted to post a little bit. I've been kind of down in the dumps lately... won't go in to all the details, but just blah-y. I was sitting here this morning and something occurred to me to lift my spirts a little.

Last week a girl came in and gave me $20 to pay for her class for this past Sat. I took it and put it in my purse. I was leaving work and walked by a lady sitting in her car crying talking to someone on her cell phone. I got in my car to go home and it was all I could do not to walk back up and talk to her. I'd overheard her say "we don't have any money". I felt like I should give her my $20. Well, I didn't and I'd prayed God would give me another opportunity to give. At church that night they collected the offering and I opened my purse to get $1.00 out ... there was the $20. So I gave my $1 + the $20. I didn't think anything else about it and yesterday I got a check from CTMH!! It was more than the $20. I knew it was coming, but just expected it later... I've always heard if you give for, and to, the Lord, you will be blessed greater than what you gave. It is always true!! Just a little thought for you !!

Well, I'd better go get ready or else I'll be late :)
Hope you all have a great day!!
God Bless and Happy Scrappin'

Another layout...

I usually don't scrap much for myself I just do for my classes. But I've been on a roll this summer! I've done quite a few layouts. I finished this one today. The pictures of me aren't very good, but it is me. I always look for picutures that are "good"...not the ones that are "real". I will start doing that differently.

I am back to enjoying scrapbooking. Does anyone else ever have a dry spot or a burned out feeling? I get that way and just hate digging all my stuff out and having to come up with an idea and then finding pictures for it and making myself do the layout. I usually like what I've done, but it was a struggle. This layout was different and the one for my class. I just cut the paper up and stuck it down with not a whole lot of thought what so ever. It took the hard work out and brought back the PLAY! I'm glad :)

I'm going to go upload LOTS of pictures to Shutterfly and start printing some off that way. I love the quality of the prints and the cost and shipping is good too!

Have a great day!!!

Close To My Heart class today...

We had our monthly class/gathering today and this is the layout I taught in our class.
I LOVE these new papers and stickers and rubons and inks, oh I just love it ALL!! It is called Perfect Day.
Hope you like it :)

I've been busy getting ready for this all week. I'm always glad to teach and see everybody, but I'm so tired from it all when I get home. I've never understood that. I'm usually more tired after a day like this than if I'd worked all day. I just don't get that. I'm just drained. :) but happy!
Hope all is well out in everybody's BLOG LAND tonight.
Have a good night and Happy Scrappin'
Lisa
